Strikeforce scores Big

Strikeforce did it again in a BIG way!!
King Mo Lawal finally had an opportunity to put his athleticism on display for a wider audience to enjoy. And the King did not disappoint. He dispatched his 50 lb. heavier opponent with royal precision. If and when Mo's submission game catches up to his wrestling and stand up skills he will truly be King.
Jacare Souza added Matt Lindland to the list of 'needs to retire'. Young Jacare made child's play of the once feared wrestler.
Gilbert Melendez and Josh Thomson battled toe-to-toe for 25 straight minutes. Melendez won the belt but Thomson made him earn it. I can't wait for the trilogy! A real candidate for fight of the year.
Scott Smith is a guy that is never out of a fight (even when he looks like it)...because he can bang with a capital B. Cung Le kicked him like it was a K-1 Grand Prix. For 2.5 rounds Smith was outclassed and looked dejected. He appeared to be a fighter that had accepted his fate.
Then he evoked the spirit of Benji Radich and laid hands on Cung Le...and the invincible Cung Le was healed.
