The End has likely come for Notre Dame's Charlie Weis

U Conn who only began playing Division 1 football about 7 years ago traveled to South Bend, Indiana (the home of Notre Dame) and likely ended the career of coach Charlie Weis.

Saturday the Fighting Irish lost again, at home and to a team that entered the contest 4-5.  Weis has lost more games at home than the last 2 dismissed Notre Dame coaches (Davies and Willingham) combined.

5 seasons, millions in salary and weekly national TV coverage produced a meager 25-36 record.

Being the head football coach at Notre Dame is a dream job only if you win...a lot.
