NFL Week 5: The continued banishment of Vince Young.

He has 18 wins and 11 losses as a starting NFL QB.

Was the '06 Rookie of the Year and has been to a Pro Bowl.

He has won in the play-offs...unlike starting QB Tony Romo.

Young accomplished all of that despite every year of his career having to deal with a new offensive coordinator and learn an entirely new system.

Vince has his issues.  He's got far too many interceptions as compared to TD's and melted down when adversity and fan disapproval was withering.

Sounds like a young (no pun intended) player that was in desperate need of a show of confidence, some support and understanding...all things that he did not receive from his head coach or organization.

Instead, Vince Young got the 'business'.

That was a couple of years ago.  Now, fast forward to the present.

The Titans were 13-3 (the best regular season record in the NFL) just a year ago.  They are now 0-5 and Vince Young still can't get any meaningful playing time.

What sin did Vince Young commit that was sooo awful?

The Titans travel this week to New England to face the Patriots at home.  The current version of the Patriots are not what they once were but the titans could very easily be 0-6 going into their bye week.

Let me ask you a question.  Could Vince Young possibly do any worse?
