Plaxico Burress was forced to take the plea deal and is facing 2 years in prison more than likely effectively ending his career.

One of the mighty has fallen so far from grace.  Plax's last catch won Super Bowl 42.  Unfortunately, it may be his very last catch in the NFL.

Plax shot himself in the leg and has not played since. 

At 6 ft. 5 in. and 225 lbs. he is an amazing physical specimen and talent.  But the fact remains, he will be 34 years old when he is released.  

Plax is then likely to be suspended indefinitely by the commish. 

I pray that Plaxico begins to consider his life after football and makes peace with himself.
