Why are ALL of the UFC ring girls White?

I'm a HUGE fan of MMA and the UFC/WEC in particular. They currently have the deepest and broadest talent pool in the sport. Their production quality is terrific. And they are at the forefront of MMA legalization and expansion world wide.
But every time I pay my hard earned money for the UFC ppv, I am overwhelmed by the lack of diversity outside of the octagon. The vast majority of the crowd in attendance, the announcers and even down to the scantily clad ring girls are White (one is of Mexican decent and one is of French Canadian but give me a break they look white).
With the exception of the tremendous cut men that work the corners, the only place that you see much diversity is the fighters themselves. The talent within the octagon looks like a United Nations conference. The diverse background of the athletes should be a clue to the interest level of a more diverse market than is currently being targeted.
Bellator promotions marketing to the Latin market should have been a wake up call. They obviously determined that there existed greater potential in the Hispanic market than the UFC apparently realized.
As a person of color, I assure you that people of color are very aware of lack of representation. People of color also better understand the idiosyncrasies and preferences of their particular demographic.
I suggest that a more diverse structure to the UFC is more likely to recognize a greater spectrum of opportunities and be better positioned to capitalize on them.
MMA is a sport that appeals to the entire world and could benefit by being marketed as such.

Some great points were made in this blog about the lack of diversity with regards to the UFC. That being said, the sole job of the ring girls is to look smoking hot, and I believe that most men who watch these ladies at work would agree that they are doing a superb job.

hispanic decent and fr. canadian is somewhat diverse. the fact that they "look white" is a separate issue. skin color is not the sole indicator of diversity.
