Pacquiao vs Mayweather is the fight that matters

After the May 2nd utter, undeniable annihilation of Rickey Hatton, Manny Pacquiao is in the driver's seat.  All I can say is damn, that's a bad man!!

Much respect to the great boxer Hitman Hatton but as they say "my man, you got torn out the frame"!!  FYI- so did Floyd Sr.

Now Money Mayweather is coming out of retirement and officially back in the mix.  Floyd Jr. has a July 18th showdown with JM Marquez, which should be a solid test. But the streets are already buzzing about Money vs. Pacman.

Pacquiao's promoter, Bob Arum of Top rank, is already starting the gamesmanship by stating that the next opponent will be Miguel Cotto and not Floyd.  Arum opines that Floyd will demand too much of the pie that Manny now commands.  And he's probably correct.  But Arum fails to mention the contentious contractual past that he has shared with Mayweather and the effect that his bitter feelings may play in any future negotiations.

Floyd most likely thinks that he is still the MAN...incorrect!!  Someone needs to remind 'pretty boy' what the golden rule of boxing is:

The man with the gold makes the rules

And his name is spelled M-A-N-N-Y  P-A-C-Q-U-A-I-O.
